If I could leave no stars, I would. Call this guy if you want errors, borderline verbal abuse and delays. I had about a dozen windows that needed to be replaced or glass replaced after an act of vandalism at apartments. I ordered them in July, right around the holiday, and the final installation was in January. I was told four to six weeks for delivery. When I called at 4 weeks to check, I was told very impatatiently that his process was to schedule after he had them checked in and were correct. A couple more weeks went by, he told me they were in, but he hadn't checked them in. I asked if we could go ahead and schedule the install and he raised his voice. That was not the way he did it! So I waited. I called to follow up, and It was finally scheduled for 9/29. When he showed up, he was missing several windows, and they ones he had were missing mulliens. He was able to go to his shop and cut single pane glass for a couple of garage windows, but they weirdly were only $10 less than the double-pane glass with mulliens he had ordered. And he should have seen that they were single pane when he came out to measure in May. (But he doesn't schedule till he's checked them, rig

Josh and his team did a great job with my indoor French door. We had a single pane shattered and he was able get it replaced and back to us in a timely manner with no damage to the door. You can’t even tell that pane was busted. Very pleasant guy and I’ll definitely be using him again in the future if I need a service they offer. I absolutely recommend this business!

Had Glass Dr install a custom shower door in our newly completed master shower. From the initial phone call to the installation these guys were top notch! Josh came to our home and listened to us on our design and needs. As always customer service was great, installers were professional and they respected my home each time they were here. I have used them for other projects and would definitely recommend this company for any services they offer. I have included a photo to show how great the end result is! By the way there aren’t any other installers that had this particular design of shower door. Note. This particular design has a glass rail for the top rail that the door rolls on making the door transparent and is much taller than standard height.
